Powell Street, San Francisco penthouse condominium |
|
We remodeled the whole condo.
|
-
Starting with the kitchen we replaced the counter top with impala black granite, new obscure glass in cabinet doors, new low sone built-in stove fan, and then added new appliances.
- Installed two stainless steel fireplace hearths and then wrapped the brick chimney in stucco for a very modern clean look. Added two motorized skylights with remote control access. Removed old railing on top level and replaced with glass to let all the light come in.
- Installed a redwood roof deck and added perimeter low voltage lighting. Put in single light door adjacent to roof deck to let as much light in as possible.
- Re-veneered bookshelf area in dining room for a clean (no seams) look, then installed Star-fire (low mercury) glass.
- Master bath make over with one piece frameless shower door, with modern tilt oval mirror and european hotel towel racks.
- Painted the entire residence with architectural colored accent walls.
